"Implementation plan necessary for EU date"

Ivica Dačić has said that an agreement on a plan for the implementation of the Brussels deal will be needed for Serbia to get a date for the start of EU talks.

I just cannot get over these former Milosevic communists, so eager and zealous about getting a date to start EU membership talks. Must mean, that Serbia is so close to bankruptcy, or in it, that these old communists have no other choice. Funny how, what goes around, comes around. Sloba would be proud of you today, Ivica, I think?

Better do your job getting Serbia back on the track
