Serbian parliament's Administrative Committee has fined two MPs of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) who were issued warnings at a debate on April 26.

In the past we have had many instances of MP's being involved in punch ups in parliament, waving guns around, more recently glasses of water thrown at the speaker. No punishments. Now that Dacic was interrupted we have action. Positive step, or evidence of Dacic's tyrannical side?
