“Progress in talks on implementation must be made”

A new meeting between PMs Ivica Dačić, Hashim Thaci and EU's Catherine Ashton will be pointless if no progress is made in talks on the deal's implementation.

He said nothing new. The weeks after the agreement were full of obstructions from opposing parties either regarding Vojvodina Declaration, or the agreement itself. And on the Albanian side it’s not better. Even if there are wizards sitting in the Government, the implementation won’t go any faster.
