Which is it Vucic? Respecting Kosovo's constitution is not in the agreement, but Kosovo's laws will be implemented. One statement contradicts the other. Be honest with the people and tell them that you signed Kosovo away to appease the self-anointed elite in Belgrade.

According to the agreement, everything will be done according to Kosova Constitution , including the next local elections.
As for Kosova Army, which I am glad you finally realized that there is and will be Kosova Army, that has no need for now to go to north, since NATO is there. But, rest assured that in short future it will be there.

If people don't like the agreement because Serbia recognized kosova independence they are right. Serbia has no role other than maybe sending Charity money that is processes in pristina. And why does kosova need it's army in the north when it completely controls the police in all ways. All the Serbs in the police will be employed by pristina and the Serb commander will be controlled by pristina. There is no autonomy and complete control for Albanians on everything in every way. Serbs become tools of pristina.

There's no such thing as a 'Kosovo army', KFOR are the only armed forces allowed to operate in Kosovo.

Serbs had to do it because yesterday commandant of Serbian gendarmerie threatened with arrests when entering Serbia in case they don't sign this deal. Serbia wants to get rid of this bunch of criminals once and for all.

Not sure what you mean by "executive powers", but Serb municipalities are and will be governing their own local affairs, like of the rest of municipalities in Kosovo.

just wait for the other shoe to fall! This is a recognition of Kosovo independence, and just like Krajina, the Serbs(jugoslavs) of Belgrade and central Serbia have sold out thier own people for nothing but a promise. Most of the world has not recognized Kosovo but soon recognitions will begin to trickle in, in less than a year even Russia will recognize it. The Germans and thier allies will never allow Serbia to become a member of the EU-not without a multitude of other concessions including membership in NATO and further autonomy for regions in Sandjak and Voijvodina, the dissolution of the republica srpska, etc. Presovo will demand autonomy and then union with a greater Albania which is fully supported by the West. And when the Jugoslavs realize this it will be too late, all that will be left is a rump Sumadija region and Belgrade, and of course Titos tomb where they line up every year to pay homage to the god of Socialism-who of course was not a socialist but a CIA asset and an excellent capitalist.


My advice to the Kosovo Serbs is simple and from the heart-leave Kosovo, save yourselves and your families. If you rely on the Srbijanci and Jugoslavs of Belgrade and central Serbia to save you , you are doomed. A nation is often like a human organism-it dies-and SERBIA IS DEAD-let the Balkans and europe inherit the fruit of the greater Albania. Let the Serbs of Belgrade build a new Jugoslavia, because they cant build anything else.

The welcoming of Mr Vucic explains it all, this is true Serbian hospitality! Gives a good sense of hope for a man who has been working day and night to serve the people of the country....

People do not need to think about high politics and as long as they were thinking in that direction, it will be no better. The politicians who got confidence and support by being choosed in the elections are there to think about and do something in high politics.We must think locally how to make things right. So going into high politics is just a waste of energy and waste of time.We must correct our microcosm and change our closest surrounding and everything else will come into its place. Create, do not wait for it to drop from sky.Work brothers to protect your own local environment, look how to create your own little paradise, and about the ways that this happens let the politicians worry. KOSOVA Authorities are very cleaver. They allowed this clown to come and scare the wits out of north thugs not to lift a finger against Vucic, whatever he has to say or do. Serbs have been had for long time, but they don't know it yet , till they get hit hard on their head.

Well, he said that Kosovo laws will be implemented.
That's enough because it contains the Constitution in an indirect way. There can be no laws which are against the Constitution.

As far as the Kosovo Army is concerned. The KSF will become the official army of Kosovo in the coming years. There is no point in the agreement that prohibits the army to go to the north. They just got a guarantee from KFOR that they will not allow it as long as KFOR is there.
I guess this means the next 5 to 10 years.

What Vucic and Dacic and the other traitors keep hidden is that by recognizing the laws of Albanians, sooner or later, Albanians will move north of Ibar River in ever greater numbers until they form a majority there. At that point, all KiM is lost to Serbia forever along with Presevo Valley. Then is Vojvodina far behind? What small histories that may be written in the future, the names of Tadic, Dacic, Vucic, and Nikolic will appear in the red blood of dead Serbs. All the Saints cannot protect them in the next life.

Unfortunately, what you are asking is aparthaid in the 21st century in Europe. That, my friend, is not going to happen in Kosovo. What do you want ? Laws that set ethnic criteria about who may or may not buy a house in Kosovo and where ? Zoning regulations based on ethnicity ?! Nobody is preventing Serbs from buying houses south of Ibar the same way that nobody can prevent Albanians from buying houses north if Ibar...
