Leonidas - I never said or implied that Assad ordered them to do so. Assad doesn't have full control over them. These terrorists do what they want.

Some weird rationale comes from your posting. You confirm that Assad may not be the culprit for the bombings but his Shia jihadists are.Why on earth would Assad order his "jihadists" to attack and provoke Turkey?Hasn't he got enough on his plate already?

This is more certainly another false flag co-designed and co-produced probably in Langley,Virginia,USA and Thames House in London. They the rebels are on the run and they have to devise false narratives against Assad.

BTW What has happened to Libyan "democracy"? I've read on the news the British foreign office has ordered the immediate evacuation of all its embassy staff.

Assad hasn’t got an interest in attacking targets within Turkey. On the other hand Al-Qaeda,has an interest in seeing this conflict widening, and therefore by bombing targets in Turkey is seeking to stoke up tensions between Syria and Turkey and hoping on some Turkish reaction against Assad. These bombs are exactly the type of weapon detonated regularly in Damascus suburbs by the armed groups with bases in Turkey.Since Turkey and the Islamist Gulf States support groups launching armed attacks on a Syria bombs finally exploding in their backyard can hardly come as a surprise. This conflict has a long way to go and may in the end include more participants ie Israel,Iran,Turkey. (Leonidas, 11. maj 2013 18:22) Assad may not have an interest in attacking Turkey, but his foreign employed hardcore radical Shia-Islamist terrorists do.

Looks like that the Syrian intelligence attacked again on foreign soil. One of many which occurred over the past decades. Prime minister Hariri in Lebanon got killed by exactly that kind of attack. Assad simply loses ground and aims to cause chaos by staging those attacks while in the shadow of those events ethnically cleanse areas along the Libanese border and especially the coast from all non alawites. It is the same scenario which happened in Bosnia. Assad tries to establish an Alawite state build on genocide similar to Republika Srpska.

What part of fantasy land do you live in ?there was no Genocide in Bosnia, the SAA is winning the war in Syria they don't need to bomb turkey even though it deserves bombing,i can see where they are going with this,Turkey is Nato member so they could try activating article five of the charter which would involve more murderous violence from those Nato gangsters,as others have said i hope the syrians have those S300s.

It must be that dastardly Assad in Syria. NATO warned him that if attacked the peace-loving Turks that they would jump to their defence and reduce Syria to rubble and exterminate its population.

Well, now its happened and NATO is left with no alternative, it must ATTACK SYRIA!

I hope the Russians have turned on the Syrian air-defence system. I would like to see NATO technology tested against Russian missiles.
