If no croat has been found guilty for the killing and ethnic clensing of 250.000 serbs from Croatia I have little hope there will be any convictions against the animals responsible for this terrible crime. Besides if America truly wanted the scum behind organ harvesting to be accountable all they have to do is visit Pristina. Kosovo's albanian politicians are all responsible for this crime.

However, all eight witnesses mentioned by Del Ponte went missing and the evidence collected by UN investigators was destroyed in the Hague Tribunal in 2005, as the probe was not launched.

How exactly did the US get to lead this investigation case? The US and Albanians are partners in crime. Of course it is going to take a long time. Enough time to destroy any remaining evidence.

"However, all eight witnesses mentioned by Del Ponte went missing ..."

How surprising, not the first time when someone dares to testify against KLA 'feedom fighters' and/or other criminals and mafia bosses in Kosovo.

Went missing can mean a lot in Kosovo: Committing 'suicide', having car accidents, or even killing themselves with 20 shots :)

It appears we need an investigation into the investigation. In any case, some evidence is being collected, and hopefully this organ-harvesting matter can be put to rest one day, either or.

US is obviously confident that the evidence was destroyed back then and no harm now in supporting the investigation.
Well, important evidence that could put Thaci away anyway.
If any new evidence turns up the US have their man on the job. He will know what to do with it.
