Deputy PM: Belgrade-Priština agreement must not fail

The EU-brokered agreement between Belgrade and Priština must not fail, Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister Rasim Ljajić has said.

the truth, it's a mess and he knows it. What is better, to be a stick in the mud and say "I told you so" or do what you can to dignify the mess and let the gravity of the situation drive events forward. The Serbs signed an agreement and still no date for EU talks. Who decides whether the agreement is being implemented? Notice that implementation is completely one sided. The Albanians just have to sit around and do nothing. They are the ones who have been given license to decide when the agreement is being implemented. They have no obligations.

Ljajić told Tanjug that now that such a major political deal had been reached, it would be completely unacceptable to think that the government did not have mechanisms to implement it and that the deal might fail.

wow, just before the agreement was signed, this guy Ljaic was totally against it. What prompted to change his mind?
