I don't understand who they are trying to fool? Serbs aren't stupid! They know ambassadors deal with implementation of treaties and problems that arise in each others countries! That's only true for those that live in an illusory state of mind like the chaps that still believe that Kosova* is independent and that Ian is not an Albanian.
