“Belgrade, Priština will exchange liaison officers soon”

Belgrade's liaison officer Dejan Pavićević has stated that an exchange of liaison officers between Belgrade and Priština can be expected soon.

I don't understand who they are trying to fool? Serbs aren't stupid! They know ambassadors deal with implementation of treaties and problems that arise in each others countries! Dejan will be an ambassador in duties and everyone knows it. Everyone knows he will be ambassador Pavicevic so who is he trying to fool?

“Let me point out once again that the liaison officers will not have any diplomatic status and that their primary role will be to monitor all agreements that have been reached so far and what is most important right now – to monitor the implementation of the Brussels agreement,” he explained.

Analyze this sentence clearly! It looks like, we Albanians will also have to help the Serb population interpret what thier leaders are actually trying to say to them! Its incredible, how some wording & the way one structures the sentences, can have a illusional effect!

That's only true for those that live in an illusory state of mind like the chaps that still believe that Kosova* is independent and that Ian is not an Albanian.
