"Strong political will" needed for major investments

The energy sector "can bring in billions of euros," but strong political will is needed for investors to come in greater numbers, says Zorana Mihajlović.

First, get rid of people like Bajatovic, director of SrbijaGas, the most crooked of the crooked. But does the government have the fortitude to do that, as he is one of their own? This will be a problem for Serbia to clean itself up, as many directors and key public company officials are from the ranks of the ruling coalition. How will the government admit that "we must get rid of some of our own, because they are corrupt", in order to move forward and end corruption in Serbia?
