"Serbs are rejecting agreement lightly"

This push for an agreement with Pristina has nothing to do with "take the possibility of facing difficult consequences lightly," especially of the economic kind for Serbia and the "threat of unilateral action of Priština."
The real story is that the Serb politicians have been threatened to have their bonuses from Brussels cut off.
The EU is powerless as its struggling to stay afloat let alone threaten Serbia. Hey industry is leaving Slovenia and now the same is happening in Croatia as it’s about to join the EU. Has anyone asked why? Unfortunately we have a population of people in Serbia that live off promises of little work and lots of money once in the EU. Boy have you got a surprise for you.
The only way Prisitna will act on unarmed Serbs in Kosovo is if Belgrade gives it the green light.
This agreement is to only get a date for negotiations then the EU will ask for Serbia to abandon RS then Vojvodina goes and within a decade Serbia will not exist at all as its ripped apart.
The names of Dacic, Vucic and Nikolic will be spat upon by their own grandchildren as these people rush to ensure they get a share of the bonus.

It is almost humorous to hear Serbs fear that the Albanians may do to them exactly what they did to the Albanians in the 90's under Milosevic. However, there are guarantees against that. Serbian is an official language of Kosovo so there is no chance that they would go in and say the schools cannot teach in Serbian. However, there has never been any guarantee the opposite would not happen "again" should Kosovo return to Serbian control.
Once again there has been no threats against the K-Serbs except those that are uttered by Serbs themselves inorder to increase the tension.

The current Serbian Government will sacrifice Kosovo !.

I look at this as an earned right...if these "official commentators" are willing to house Refugees then they have every right say what they are saying if not, then they Should Shut the FK up and stop making empty threats!

In 95 when Kninn Fell I housed a refugee family here in Serbia and Several of my neighbors did as well. I quite frankly don't have the Stomach to Betray these people in Kosovo* !!! And these commentators trying to spin need to understand that their words are affecting human lives Freedom!

Its appropriate that the leader realize they are behaving like Pontus Pilot with these statements!

Love the scare tactics. If you accept the agreement based on such threats then you are accepting blackmail. If you accept blackmail then it never ends. Serbia will be on its knees in no time. Grow a backbone you fool. If you don't respect yourselves then how can you expect others to?

I'm glad the KiM Serbs are having none of it.

Serbia stood up twice to bullies. Serbia did not lose either time. What is your problem now? Do you think that NATO will bomb Serbia again? Do you think that the world will just sit back this time and let it happen?

And if it were just a matter of paying the bonuses, what is the patriotic Serb diaspora waiting to pay such bonuses and thus ensure that Kosovo is Serbia :)

What will happen if the west convinces and encourages Vojvodina to separate and Hungarian starts being taught in schools there?
Are you going to negotiate some rights for Serbs there too because when they see you are not prepared to fight for your people the WILL make this happen too?

Of course; as I’ve said before only the CE of B92 forums sj is qualified enough to provide economic analysis. That’s why I did not dare to express any opinion of mine to counter the assertion that “the real story is that the Serb politicians have been threatened to have their bonuses from Brussels cut off” but I referred the readers to the excellent analysis of the CE of B92 forums sj in this same page that “the EU is struggling to stay afloat” and hence can’t pay any bonuses to Serb politicians. It's great to have a CE like you who promtply provides the evidence and analysis to contradict assertions suggesting that Serb politicians get bonuses from Brussels.

The only clever person here is the CE of B92 forums sj, who such a giant of global economic and financial thought and analysis. So, I'd never dare to compare myself to our CE. Anyway, I didn't get an answer if you'd lead by example in standing up to bullies or just want others to stand up for you just so that you can feel happy :)
