True, but the international factors have made a complete mess in the region and around the world. They supported and were involved in the genocide in Croatia. They created a non-functioning BiH and they have made a complete mess and supported further genocide in KiM.

They continue to repeat the same strategy of causing instability around the world. I suppose this only benefits the US military industrial complex. Their huge ego will never admit that they were wrong and that is the reason they have failed and will fail.

Actually yes I do believe RS could declare independence without there being a war. The communities today are segregated into their own strongholds unlike during the wars in the 90s when next door neighbors took up arms against each other for self-determination. Say what you want about Dodik, but he's trying to echo the sentiment coming from Republika Srpska. With or without him, Bosnia & Herzegovina is doomed as a sovereign territory.

Time to separate RS from BIH will come !.

independence for RS has to happen its not if its just when. Since it has 95% Serb populace it should happen soon so Bosnia doesn't hold them down and broke like they are....let the vote begin.....

I'm sure your just an alb pretending to be a serb but that's another story. What's funny is that you seem ti think that as long as your country is not like Sudan and Burma its a progress. That thought alone proves you are alb. And don't worry. When serbs and croats gang up on Sarajevo there is no force in the world who can stop RS from becoming independent. What ever is left of Bosnia will be bigger then Kosovo. And if Kosovo can manage on its own then so can the bosnian muslims.

As I've said before, Dodik is very short of time in trying to realise his dream of an independent RS. Any further steps towards either NATO or the EU will in effect make joining these bodies as one country inevitable and Mile wants out before that happens. Although he 'complains' that Bosnia doesn't function he has no interest in it ever doing so as this would remove the basis of his argument for independence.

This dude is like a broken record. Squawk, squawk, squawk squawk. No one outside Serbdom cares. We see what's happening with Kosovo right now. Does any Serb honestly think that anything would ever be done (peacefully) to change the borders of BiH? And people think BiH functions badly? Take a look at South Sudan, or Burma (Myanmar), or Mexico, or the US for that matter (where precious little gets done in Congress these days).

An entity split into isolated parts sharing a network of shared assets with another entity and a potential compensation bill that would need the RS to sell off the few remaining assets left to them. It is time to put sanction on this guy so he can learn that you can't take a territory by committing genocide

Lenny, just to let you know, your bizarre, jealous and hateful postings are starting to give me nightmares. Last night, after reading one of your yesterday's hateful, comatose posts, I dreamed that I was in a Tex-Mex
restaurant and that the waiter served me a plate of poblano chile relleno stuffed with German cheese and I freaked when the peppers jumped off of my plate dressed in red and white checkered hotpants with words bam bam on the back and started dancing and singing something that sounded something like "ljiepa natasha" or "ljeepa nasha" while cutting the cheese to the tune and I screamed something at the waiter as loud as I could in Spanish and then I woke up.

Croats want out and the Serbs want out. Let a small Bosnia remain for the Muslims only, and all will be happy.

Take a look at Belgium: more and more powers are transferred to the regions. That should happen in Bosnia too!
Only do at the central government level what really has to be done there.
