Funnily enough it was the DSS which gave up Kosovo when they organized the referendum for new Serbian Constitution - but largely disenfranchised the Kosovars. This was done to make sure they got the necessary 50% of the voters. Whatever the Constitution - and the Court - says about Kosovo is therefore of limited value since the people living there not have had a say in it.

Exactly, the court has become a political farce.

Exactly... Please make sure to tell that to the DSS so they can stop with this BS :)

They never gave any solution for the Kosovo problems, but they are first in line to make trouble for the Government, and in this case for all of Serbia.

In a statement for the Tanjug news agency, he stressed that this will give the court "another chance to prove if it really is the Constitutional Court, or a state organ controlled by the political authorities."

Funny: Either is a the constitutional court independent, like it should be, then these allegations are nonsense, insulting and not helpful at all. Or it is a 'state organ controlled by political authorities', like they claim, then asking the court about the deal makes no sense.

So, in case the court rules that the deal is not against the constitution, DSS will be the first who cry 'foul'

How did taking the IBM agreement to court work out for you? and who stopped the government from continuing double pay to employees in Kosovo after the court ruled it was unconstitutional?

Exactly, the court has become a political farce. The occupiers do not want any ruling on border management or this ultimatum because they know it is unconstitutional.

We have come to live in a dictatorship. Now that is very clear but not surprising considering our path towards the EU is being forced. One small dictatorship forced into a larger one.

Good idea and it would be nice to believe the Constitutional Court is independent but since it didn't consider the deal regarding border management, I expect the same will happen with this ultimatum. Serbia is occupied so there will be no independence. The government will serve the interests of foreign powers. If democracy interferes with their interests, democracy will be denied.

I agree, Serbia it occupied by the Serbs, which is a shame... The Serb diaspora should repeat the 1389 famous battle to liberate Serbia from Serbs.

Explain to me how is the brussels agreement anti-constitutional, which clause in it contradicts to anything in the constitution, someone enlighten me!

I am sure the court will enlighten you as soon as they have a chance to examine it.
Now can you please enlighten us to why you are so opposed for this to be looked at from a legal perspective?
