Everyone keeps saying Dacic is a traitor, he recognized Kosovo, violated constitution etc, etc,
He was appointed by the President to negotiate in Brussels, when crunch time came the govt met and more were sent to the table, ie, Vucic and others. The govt held many many high level meetings. Dacic did not go to Brussels as a lone soldier and make deals. But then when a deal was made, he only initialed it and then the Serbian govt is the one that finalized the agreement.
So if you dislike the agreement it is time to stop saying Dacic this and that but blame your entire govt, THEY made the decisions.

If the majority of Serbs were for his agreement then he would do himself a favor to have it confirmed by the referendum. Then he could hide himself behind "people's will". If he acts now without a referendum and surenders Kosovo which is a treason under the constitution, he is opening himself to trouble in the future.
Now that Serbia is abandoning the Kosovo Serbs just as the youngest child of a poor family was sold of in some societies for better economic perspective the pristine government will have all the organs they want to traffic.
If I were Albanian, I wouldn't like that Serbia signs this agreement. I would be for rejection as this would put Serbia to path of destruction. In these regards, I would like some anti-Serb posters to explain me why they are in favour of agreement?

As an Albanian this would be the best time for Serbia to reject this agreement. It would serve our interests much better then if they had refused when they were meeting in Brussels. We would advance our cause much more as Serbia would be isolated and be made a pariah.
As the deal is currently, we don't gain anything. Its basically a reading of the reality on the ground. So while we don't gain anything I guess its ok for most people because it legitimates what currently is happening today on the ground.
Serbia would be doing us a great favor if they reject this deal now.

Opinion polls are not a referendum. Like I always say, you can get a desired result from an opinion poll just by asking the question the right way and asking that question of the right demographic.
Dacic is going to ram that agreement down everyone's throat with total disregard for what the people want.

"Parallel institutions"? If Serbian self government in Kosovo are parallel, then what about Serbian representation from Kosovo? Is that a parallel institution too? There is no more argument to be made. Dacic has agreed to recognize Kosovo as an independent state and has violated the Serbian constitution and should be removed from government
This is reminiscent of sanctions that Milosevic used to apply on RSK or RS when they didn't like to accept some agreements. If I were Albanian, I wouldn't like that Serbia signs this agreement.
