This is a 21 century disease that is seen in all western countries as well. No matter who you vote for all you get is more of the same and when you ask why? The answer has a simple solution – kick out political parties and politicians who move away form their promises and very soon you get the people you want to govern.
The reason people continue to vote for Dumb and Dumber is because of fear caused by a free press in that if you vote outside acceptable candidates the sky will fall in. Basically, that is how the US system has maintained a one party with two conservative branches for 160 years.
In Serbia, kick the current bastards with a NO in the referendum and have new elections and you will see the sky will not fall in.
Kosovo Serbs got:
- a border between Serbia and Kosovo
- recognition of ID cards of the Republic of Kosovo
- the right to get ID papers and car plates of the Republic of Kosovo
- structures which meet the security and justice needs of the local population in a way that ensures the functionality of a single institutional and administrative set up in Kosovo
- an association which will have a representative role to the central (Kosovo) government
- integration of all police in northern Kosovo to the Kosovo Police
- integration and functioning of all judicial authorities within the Kosovo legal framework
- Municipal elections organized by the Republic of Kosovo
- Further work on Kosovo's integration/participation in international bodies
