My heart is in Serbia, as well :) I'm going to tell that to the Serbia's election officials. Since I'm not using my real name here, election officials won't have any evidence to say that my heart is not in Serbia. We'll have some hundreds of millions of people with their hearts in Serbia voting in this referendum (including the Chinese and Russians, who, according to the true Serb patriots in these forums, have their hearts and national interest in Serbia).

Are you alright?

You usually don't make any sense but you are getting worse. Go and have your head examined fast.

Danilo

no, Peggy.

I posted my opinion on a subject and you posted yours.

That's how the internet works, you see?

Balkans have too much of people with "their hearts" in it but not their actual lives meddling.

This includes the whole Balkans, not just Serbia

Same reason that anyone posts a comment about anything, Peggy.

Then don't try to argue it's merit when it doesn't have one. Let it stand as a comment posted just because you didn't have a better one.

Just because you are not physically in Serbia doesn't mean that your heart is not in Serbia.

Well Peggy, seeing as it's not up to either of us whether or not non-residents will vote in a referendum

Agree, then why did you bring it up?

It would be better if they went to work, instead of making life impossible for those who need to come to their working place, or go home after work.

Danilo

Well Peggy, seeing as it's not up to either of us whether or not non-residents will vote in a referendum or whether or not there will be a referendum there's not much more to say on that. I've voiced my opinion and you've voiced yours :)

Diaspora Serbs have done a lot for Serbia. Are you saying that you don't want our help either? Are you saying that you don't want our money?
Are you saying that you don't want us to work for the good of Serbia where ever we are?

Danilo, you are more damaging to Serbia than any other Serb outside Serbia. You kind are destroying Serbia from within while we who live outside Serbia but love it and only want the best for it have done more good.
Just because someone lives in Serbia doesn't make them good for Serbia and you are a prime example of that.

We have every right to care for Serbs where ever they are and you will not take that right away from us no matter how much you complain and try to tell us we have no right. We are going to fight people like you or simply ignore your "advice".

Thanks for playing.

Judging by that crowd seems like it is not longer 63% of serbs that recognize kosova independence but maybe like 83% or 93%!! That crowd is pathetic and shows that serbs in SERBIA are now ardent supporters of Kosova independence. The election results and government shows that.

Lazo Petrovic

Has Serbia become not just a government of traitors but a country of traitors? Dacic is and always has been a liar who says he loves Serbia when he, in fact, is corrupt and demands only money and power. It seems Nikolic and Vucic and Tadic are no different. For those who believe in God, consider what punishment awaits these creatures and those who follow them. Only Vulin and those like him can say they have dignity and love of Serbia at heart.

And Danilo what understanding does the diaspora lack? Its clear that most Serbs in Serbia are no longer caught up with EU fanaticism, those times are over. You guys had your chance after 2000 to persuade people into your way of thinking and it worked for a bit but now people are no longer buying it.

And I love how you try to disrespect the diaspora for not living in Serbia but the Serb diaspora (by your govts own estimations) rank in the top 5 of most generous diaspora populations in the world in terms of sending money back home.

You should learn some manners, boy.

Serbs abroad are mostly working class and have family and friends in the small towns and villages of Serbia; they are not usually part of the elite. Contrary to your assertion the overseas Serbs have a pretty good idea of what is going on in Serbia; they travel to Serbia regularly, send money home, and keep in touch over the phone and through satellite TV. B92, however, is a vehicle for the global elite and is supported and followed by those Serbs who see their futures as servants to the global elite. If you want to know what most Serbs think, don’t ask the average B92 supporter.

Mike

English B92 serb readers and commentators are usually serbs born and living outside of serbia they are disconnected from reality, all you need to do to know what the public opinion in serbia thinks is just go to b92 srpski and view the comments, use google translators if you don't even know serbian, or i will tell you that most of the commentators are pro-EU and are all for moving on. True patriotism is when people do what is best for the country by adressing all it's problems, such as the reality that 90% of kosovo population think they are independent and will never accept anything but independence, just like when some one is given a Mercedes and you come and tell him to throw the Mercedes and take your kia... common sense!

"Forwards" as in membership in that EU wolf-pack, NATO, that bombed and killed our citizens and infrastructure for 78 days (when IMF where done with their monetary aggression)?

And ultimately, "forward" as in a half promise, but no way leading to membership, to talks to join whatever is left of the German €USSR when it collapses within 5 years?

Backwards where? You are happy where all this EUphoria has taken your country (if you're even Serbian)??

And many of the far right groups have simply attempted to hijack these protests. Most of the demonstrations that took place both in Beograd and Novi Sad against capitulation and corrupt treasonous politicians were started by students at Belgrade and Novi Sad University Law faculties.

You had your way since 2000 and the Otpor-Istas failed miserably. Its over now. Obviously ethnic nationalism is not the answer either, but a peaceful and diplomatic defense (something Serbia has not even tried to do) of our occupied province is the only way forward.

You speak like some guy sitting the in the British embassy.

Defending one's country from an evil occupation is not "Nationalism" it is "Patriotism" which is noble and good, and the Serbs are very patriotic and will defend themselves against the foreign aggressors and the traitors who are in power in Belgrade.

Serbs will not let the current NATO-controlled govt and Opposition destroy Serbia's future. This demonstration is only the beginning.

Things are going to getting very difficult for members of the current govt.

Agree, then why did you bring it up?

Just because you are not physically in Serbia doesn't mean that your heart is not in Serbia.

Same reason that anyone posts a comment about anything, Peggy.

Then don't try to argue it's merit when it doesn't have one. Let it stand as a comment posted just because you didn't have a better one.

no, Peggy.

I posted my opinion on a subject and you posted yours.

That's how the internet works, you see?

Balkans have too much of people with "their hearts" in it but not their actual lives meddling.

This includes the whole Balkans, not just Serbia

Are you alright?

You usually don't make any sense but you are getting worse. Go and have your head examined fast.
