It is good to have him on our side. He would not back us if Serbia did not put in an effort and reached an agreement with Pristina. We will see what will come out of it.

If I were Mr Fule I think I might wait a while before congratulating myself, sorry, I mean Serbia, for the recent initialled agreement. If it works in reality then great but there are many obstacles on the road not least the Serbs living in North Kosovo who seem to have been hung out to dry by Dacic.

Sorry to inform you, but Serbia will always be a provincial backwater.

You are absolutely right on the spot. Albania, and not Serbia is soon to be the most important nation in Europe for harvesting not only German, but perhaps other wealthy European countries' garbage, including their medical waste, which includes bio-hazardous waste, which means that Lenard and Bam Bam will soon be swimming with aborted fetuses and hypodermic needles unless y'all build yourselves some modern facilities to handle all that waste.
I also heard that certain countries might be investing in long, state-of-the-art sewer pipelines to Albania where one would only need to flush once, therefore saving twice as much water.
That's an awesome thing, because as the old saying goes: Some peoples' garbage and waste is other peoples' treasure--just take a look at K-Albanian's major industry other than human organ harvesting, human trafficking, pimping and drug trafficking which is junkyards of piles of old unwanted rust and junk cars.
I sincerely hope that I am not interrupting your plans for other major investments from the world community.

" country's GDP is now at 65 percent of the GDP in 1989. "
MOST INTERESTING STATEMENT! OUR COUNTRIES ECONOMY HAS SIGNIFACALLY WENT BACKWARD BECAUSE OF WARS WE HAD, NOW IT'S TIME WE REGAIN OUR IMPORTANT POSITION IN THE REGION AND IN EUROPE AS A WHOLE AS THE ECONOMIC POWER OF SOUTH EAST EUROPE, WE HAVE THE POTENTIAL, THE POLITICAL WILL AND THE YOUNG ENTHUSIASTIC POPULATION, TIME TO MOVE ON. TEN YEARS FROM NOW I SEE SERBIA HIGH IN THE SKY WITH A PROUD POPULATION WITH LOW UNEMPLOYMENT RATE, HIGH ECONOMIC GROWTH AND AMONG THE MOST IMPORTANT NATIONS IN EUROPE, LONG LIFE SERBIA, LONG LIFE VUCIC...om

Executive powers to be enjoyed by a community of Serb municipalities in Kosovo? Is that true? Let's see :
The joint report of the EC and the High Representative (22/04/12) states:
“…since January 2013, the meetings of the two Prime Ministers focused on northern Kosovo and delivering structures which meet the security and justice needs of the local population in a way that ensures the functionality of a single institutional and administrative set up in Kosovo...”
"The agreement provides for the establishment of an Association/Community of Serb municipalities in Kosovo which will function/operate within the existing legal framework of Kosovo. The Association/Community will have a statute and its own bodies on the basis of the other existing Association in Kosovo and will have a representative role to the central government."
You just created an NGO with no trace of any executive power!
