Winston because Serbia is looking out what's in the best interest of 99% of Serbs and not that measely insignificant 1% you call them a "dictatorship"??

It's the other way around.

Serbia has 6,000,000 VS NORTH KOSOVAR-SERBS 60,000 +/-

With numbers like these who do you think will win?

Or better yet........who should win 1% or 99%?

Winston,

Can't you see that their "concern" is not security, wel being, prosperity.....but which country they live in.....which is a political and international issue and not a local issue. If you ask Serbs living in Bosnia Hercegovina under which country they would love to live in.....how difficult would be the answer?

This meeting is like closing the barn doors, after the horse has run away. Shouldn't BG politicians have met with Kosovo Serbs during the talks in Brussels, better yet had a Kosovo Serb representative at the meetings, before any agreement was penned? I am for a peaceful settlement between the Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo, but This reeks of dictatorship from Belgrade, and not democratic process.
