Even if everything in this matter was conducted according to law, the Toncev firm should not have been allowed to participate in public tenders, because of government ties between the Toncev brothers and Ivica Dacic. Too much of this so-called legal activity is going on in Serbia, and the worst part, that when something is questioned, the ruling coalition is teflon, and nothing can stick to them because they control the prosecutors and judiciary. As for Dacic, he and his party has a long history of questionable activity, but again, he is for the most part hands off from investigation. Clean up Serbia is rhe main reason the country needs the EU, not the Kosovo issue or Vojvodina issue, or economic issue. It needs to be cleaned from corruption, the rest will eventually fall in place.
