“EU should exert pressure on Priština”

I expect the EU to make it clear to Priština that it should give up on a request for Serbia not to block Kosovo’s UN membership, Mlađan Dinkić says.

seems odd that a european organization, with no juristiction or direct influence in the un would have such conditions. it is not the role of the eu to dictact about un conditions.

But it helps if the wish is at least remotely realistic.

Obviously I would prefer our elected officials not to meet with terrorists and organ extractors.

However this is truly what's most important-UN membership. If Serbia keeps the KLA out of the UN then any "agreement" is subject to change with the geo-political reality does as well. No UN means no statehood and no statehood means Kosovo i Metohija is what I always said it was-under temporary occupation.
