Ok, we used to moves of Germany since the WW I an II, nothing has been changed, same rules diferent methods. However, the problem is that Serbs do not kill Germans, so the rule can be modified into something like "For each refused demand, 100 Serbs is to be killed".

Serbia must remember that all Germany is offering is the possible opportunity to maybe set a date in the future sometime when the possibility of eventual EU membership in the future will be discussed and, if all EU nations agree, the chance to maybe become a part of the EU someday when the EU feels like accepting it. In the meantime, Serbia must absolutely do whatever Germany says it must do on any given day, including anything it says, and do it however Germany says it must, or Serbia can't be in the EU. Nobody rational would ever accept this situation. Serbia needs to get smart. New German demands will just keep coming.

All the other countries that entered EU first got a date to negotiate and THEN EU put the pressure on. Not the other way around.

If you consult Vuk's UN documents (S/PV.3217), you will notice that Russia not only was aware about the Court, not only approved it (as Nikolle said), but, hear this, Russia actually was a sponsor of the resolution introduced in the UNSC to create the court.

This is what Mr. Vorontsov, President of the UNSC, had to say on 25 May 1993 during the vote:

"The Russian Federation not only supported but, in fact, co-sponsored the draft resolution that establishes the International Tribunal"

Yeah of course it was set up by UN. I guess George Soros is a huge sponsor of the UN and for your knowledge neither Russia or China were even asked before the "court"was already established. You are so unintelligent and uninformed that Im ashamed how easy it is to make you look like a fool.

If you consult Vuk's UN documents (S/PV.3217), you will notice that Russia not only was aware about the Court, not only approved it (as Nikolle said), but, hear this, Russia actually was a sponsor of the resolution introduced in the UNSC to create the court.

This is what Mr. Vorontsov, President of the UNSC, had to say on 25 May 1993 during the vote:

"The Russian Federation not only supported but, in fact, co-sponsored the draft resolution that establishes the International Tribunal"

Unintelligence and uninformation can be understood for some people in Serbia being fed with propaganda only. It is like the dark ages when people were told by the church what the truth was and nobody questioned that :)
