What this guy does not know is that I was in Albania in the last 20 months and I know the situation there well. The Capitan must be talking about a different place because the place I saw was very poor with very little infrastructure outside the capital city. Yes there was some improvement during the real estate boom but not anymore.
I’ll finish my comment by saying in Albania I saw carts being drawn by bullocks but I have been all over Serbia and have never seen that picture.
Captain I was not attacking your culture but only stating that you don’t understand the difference between agreeing on a point and then signing a document to enforce that agreement otherwise a verbal agreement is not worth the paper it’s written on.
I see you get your facts from the CIA world book. The same source had Montenegro GDP much higher that Serbia, but Montenegro produces nothing and only has a small amount of tourism and sell real-estate but imports most of its food, yep a very reliable source.

The illiterate people are elderly people, and in Serbia lives a older population, then in Albania, so in Albania more people are younger = more people are literate.
(mick, 18 April 2013 22:11)
Mick - you failed to read my post. If you did you would have noticed that the life expectancy is longer in Albania. Therefore, you arguement is null and void. Nice try though. Look it up at the CIA World Fact Book. Just click on any country and the answers are there.

Soon we will see the light at the end of the tunnel. The only thing blocking that light now is Mr Tachi and his appetite for membership in an international organizations, and a chair in UN.

Youth unemployment, in Spain is 55%, in Greece 60%, in UK 21%
The average youth unemployment and employment overall in EU/rest of Europe/USA is bad... still in the crisis.

It will be better and better each next time. The fact is that Europe wants Serbia to become a member. First time they called a bluff, but now the proposals are getting more acceptable.

Thanks for the links to prove your point...not! The reason more serbs are unemployed compared to albanians is that all albanians have left their country. Besides if Albania is so much better then Serbia how come you are not the ones negotiating about Eu membership?

Literacy seems to be a big problem with Albanians.
(sj, 18 April 2013 11:33)
Actually, literacy is higher in Albania compared to Serbia. Take a look at the break down of several interesting differences. Hopefully, YOU know how to read. My source is the CIA World Factbook.
Unemployment 15 - 24 yrs old
Albania - 27.2%
Serbia - 42.5%
Life Expectancy
Albania - Total: 77.59 with males living to 74.99 yrs old
Serbia - Total: 74.56 with males living to 71.71
Literacy
Albania - 98.7
Serbia 97.9
Its ok if Albanians are more literate than Serbians. Its ok if there is higher unemployment in Serbia. Just don't take out your aggression and shame by attacking someone else's culture because of your inferiority complex.

If this deal is so bad for Serbia and so great for Kosovo why didn't Pristina accept it? I think your true feelings are those of Thaci.
(MikeC, 18 April 2013 11:44)
BS! Kosovo agreed to it in the very beginning. It was the Serbian side which did not, while even claiming that it was Thaci who brought point 14 up, which according Duric statements is not the case. Ashton brought it up.

Literacy seems to be a big problem with Albanians. Reaching agreements and signing official documents based on those agreements are two very different things. Much like they agreed to collect taxes at the administrative border and Pristina tried to do same straight away when Belgrade put a stop to that because NOTHING HAS BEEN SIGNED.
I can agree to sell my house to my neighbour but unless I sign officla documents its still my house.
Kosovo will not join the EU nor UN – it will stagnate.

But the point 14 will not be accepted thats why the agreement wasnt signed last night DUHHHHHH

Of course is much better on your eyes. You've come to an end and you have to say something to serbian people before you sign the agreement. This agreement is much worst than if you signed two weeks ago, you have proved that you recognise 75% of Kosovo indeependence in the past from past agreements. Now simply by accepting point 14 Kosovo will be able to join UN and EU organisations without serbia being able to stop. This is equal to recognitions of Kosovo independence which makes it 100%. Cheers lads

That's a good progress, hopefully next time everything in the agreement will be prefect :) as it gets better and better everytime!
