Ian.
I'm not familiar with election results in Montenegro, but it has become customary to have ballot recount if election results were close.
George W. Bush was elected with vote recount in Florida, if I remember...
It was just too close!!
Right now in Venezuela there are protests, as opposition demands vote recount.
Nicolas Maudro won by only 235,000 votes.
US stated that it will not recognize new government if recount doesn't take place.
I can't see why wouldn't there be recount in Montenegro, too. Two candidates are only separated by just over 7,000 votes.
That way they would be cooler.

that is not croatian, it is serbian in latin script my dear, they even called it montenegrin language (which obviously doesn't exist), but serbian and montenegrin language (which are the same) can be written with latin or cyrillic alphabets, wierd you don't know this!

A look even the sign is in Croatian the Montenegrin's have spoken poor Miodrag Lekić thought it said Serbian outhouse. He looks so embarrassed Miodrag really should learn to read signs.

The funny thing about this is that his party's own electoral officials reported no irregularites during the election however when he found out he lost, it is now 'theft' because he should have won with 50.5% of the vote; even though they weren't involved with the vote counting. So where has his party got this 50.5% figure from? And why did his party say everything was ok and fair during the voting? Looks like someone is a bitter loser.

I think if a pro-Serb candidate ran against Satan himself our friend Ian would declare him the undisputed winner regardless of irregularities. Never mind that Lekics opponents are dictatorial narco kleptocrats.
