Head of Counter-Organized Crime Service sacked

MUP Counter-Organized Crime Service (SBPOK) chief Svetislav Đurović has been relieved of his duties, and will now serve as advisor at the Serbian police (MUP).

If this man was indeed sacked for 'poor results...and ties with the drug lord Darko Saric....' how has he acquired a new position advising the Serbian MUP? In a modern democratic country any link with criminals would not only exclude a person from a job within law enforcement but would open them up to investigation by these very people. Mind you, the Bosnian Minister of Security is up to his neck in alleged links with all manner of criminals not least Nasser Kelmendi, the local capo di tutti capi.
