EU commissioner to submit report on Serbia

Obviously, his report will not be positive for Serbia. Whatever Serbia does is never good enough for EU. How the hell can this be happening?

The reality is Serbia has no intensions of joining the EU and I’m sure there are some in Brussels that actually see this but they are drowned by political appointees like Catherin Ashton who would not know the difference between her elbow and her leg. The west is being slowly strangled by incompetence of its own making.
