EUROPOL's new report on Montenegro says that money laundering is a serious problem, with the country being among "most important money-laundering" locations.

After Montenegro became independent and Kosovos attempt to become independent these two territories have become a haven for crime. However, non of this matters because both Montenegro and Kosovo are puppets of the United States which grants them a "get out of jail card".

Duh, has anyone been to the CG coast during the summer, you feel like you are on the Volga and not the Danube. Russians have bought up the coastline, all under the accepting eyes of Mr. Djukanovic. And now, with Cyprus shut down, to, eh, Russian foreign investment, look for even more rubles to show up in CG. Like the old saying goes, the fruit does not fall far from the tree.
