"Koštunica said that Pajtić should learn the first lesson of democracy - that every government was replaceable and this is why he should resign and show that he did not want the government to come in conflict with the will of the Vojvodina people and citizens."

Maybe Mr. Kostunica should learn the first lesson of representative democracy: Power for a limited time.
It means a government is elected for a term of office, and until it ends, as long as it has the majority of MPs who support it, doesn't have any reason to resign or call for earlier elections.

A second lesson Vucic, Dacic and others have to learn: Local self government. It means: If a coalition on state level is forming the government, it's not normal that all lower governments (provinces, cities and towns) have to be formed from the same coalition.

Poor Koštunica! He has completely lost his mind. He can't get it that democracy is in work when Vojvodina government is backed by parliamentary majority that is backed by majority votes in elections. When did government "come in conflict with the will of the Vojvodina people and citizens"? Elections were a year ago.
