The Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) started collecting signatures for dismissal of the Vojvodina government and early provincial elections Sunday in Novi Sad.

Yes, not more to say about that. The provincial government was elected, and has a majority, and the majority of MPs support it. A 'petition to dissolve the parliament' is absurd.
People have the chance to change the government every few years: Simply participate in elections, and respect the results.
The ones speaking of secession are SNS, SPS, SPO and DSS. They have invented a Troyan horse. They failed to get in power in latest elections and now they try it another way.

Pajtic has made a blunder with an irrational decision to issue a declaration on Vojvodina in the misjudged time. Now he is swallowing lumps for the issued releases in media. On the other hand, SNS has raised the question of his resigning from power, sparking accusation of his incompetence and damages he has caused to Vojvodina economy. The point is that the majority rules and SNS cannot dissolve the parliament and dismantle Vojvodina government. Besides , rumours suggest that the republican government will be dismantled which means that new election will take place in republican , local and regional political communities. For the time being,DS claims that dissolving Vojvodina parliament is not negotiable.
