EU talks date in June is “attainable goal”

If you read carefully you can see that he said: Kosovo or any other Western Balkan country. It's so obvious that the EU has recognized Kosovo as a country.

Agreed. Let's not partition Kosovo but let's not partition Serbia either. So what is a solution? It is somewhere between autonomy and independence. Something that Serbia has been advocating all the time and eventually the EU will come to the same conclusion sooner or later.
