What I want to know is, why does this never make the Serbian news? Is it because they're trying to create an image of Kosovo's Justice System? Are they intentionally trying to misconceive people?
(Ian, UK, 15 April 2013 09:37)

Where does it say that those albanians were convicted because of crimes against serbs? And even if they were its a very very small number if you compare the amount of attacks. In more than 70%of the cases where serbs are attacked the perpetrators are never found or aquitted.

30 bomb attacks and the perpetrators always get away unseen while the victims are practically always Albanians or Serbs working for Prishtina or NGOs. That can't be tolerated any more. Peaceful negotiations failed just like when they failed with the Z4 plan.

You are so full of it, show me only ONE single incident where the victim has been an albanian? The victims are ordinary serbs in 99.9%of the cases, doesnt that tell you something?I guess logic isn´t ur strong side let alone intelligence.

Unlikely. If it would be like that, why aren't they able to bring any single perpetrator to justice in Southern Kosovo? Sheer incompetence or unwillingness of KPS? And don't you remember the case in Northern Kosovo when KPS 'entered' and arrested a person. Well, only scapegoat (of course a Serb) who was released after some days, and the real responsible for throwing a hand grenade into an apartment was never found?

There are always arrests which lead to trials in Kosovo when Albanians attack Serbs. You just have to take a look at the EULEX Court website.

"Because the Kosovo Police and EULEX are unable to enter Northern Kosovo (even though they should be allowed per UNSCR 1244), therefore they're unable to investigate, collect evidence and bring people to justice."

Not exactly! You probably meant: 30 bomb attacks where victims are ALWAYS Serbs, no matter what they are working for or how old they are. But yes, of course perpetrators of crimes against Serbs are never found in the independent dream sate of Kosovo.

"I think we are seeing a pattern emerge and also the real reason that so many crimes are going unsolved. "
(The truth comes out., 13 April 2013 16:31)

The pattern is more like (especially in the southern parts): Albanians, often criminals who usurp Serbian property, attack returnees and try to to make their lives harder, with the goal to expel them. And about the crimes being unsolved: In Kosovo, there is no professional police, but only a KPS recruited from KLA 'freedom fighters', which is enough to qualify for a police job there. These 'policemen' are either biased or plain incompetent, they belong to local clans, the perpetrators might be members of the same clan, and of course, with the mafia-like omerta, nobody dares to testify against criminals, especially not when victims are Serbs.

"More than 30 serious incidents, in which perpetrators used firearms and explosives, have happened in northern Kosovo since the beginning of the year."

Means one bomb or hand grenade every fourth day? Not bad, it's Kosovo!

I think we are seeing a pattern emerge and also the real reason that so many crimes are going unsolved.
Many of the crimes against Serbs are from Serbs trying to keep others from cooperating with the Albanian govt and the west.
Most of the others (without injuries) are staged. And of course no Serb is going testify against another Serb as they have witnessed the brutality that was exerted in the 90's against the Albanians.
