Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dačić has said that there are "no new details about further talks with Priština."

Why so many caps, boys, really tough to read? In any case, Dacic is usually the last to know of what is going on in Serbian politics. Vucic, the self appointed new Tito, rules over everything and everyone, and delegates to Dacic what to say. Serbia loves a one man government, they get confused without one. It is their comfort zone. Unfortunately, it cannot work in 2013. Serbia must reform, or it will go nowhere.

“After my return from Moscow, we will be ready to talk about the continuation of the dialogue. The crucial aspects are security, police, justice system - ethnic composition, command line, who appoints staff in the police, a permanent department of the Appellate Court in north Kosovo, and a moratorium on the future army of Kosovo,” Dačić said.
JUST PRESENT TACHI WITH ALL THOSE ISSUES AND TELL HIM TO SOLVE THEM IN AN AGREEMENT OF HIS SUGGESTION! WE WON'T SUGGEST ANYTHING ANYMORE, LET THEM SHOW US IF THEY CAN SOLVE THOSE PROBLEMS BEFORE SAYING WE REJECT EVERYTHING !!
