Please, he is only EU and SAD puppet who does what he is ordered. Some other, bigger interests are hidden behind this charade, otherwise who would care for some small peace of land called Kosovo.
If the DS were still in power Serbia would have capitulated. Thank goodness to Serbians finally waking to the reality that their votes means something.

They should just reform Yugoslavia (call it something different) but include Albania. All countries manage their internal affairs but social security, the economy, education and defense are managed by a federal parliament hesded by a joint council of 1 leader from each. The council is the head of state, no individuals. If their is a disagreement between the leaders and they can't come to an agreement then the disagreeing individuals challenge each other to a duel to the death - winner gets his way and the departed leader is replaced, this will promote co-operation. Make the military have equal numbers of each nationality divided absolutely equally throughout the entire federation. Offer financial incentives for ethnic intermarriage. I just thought of this on the spot. I should be in charge until the ball gets rolling
