And also acquitted the Serbian president accused for crimes against humanity and war crimes in Kosovo such as murder, deportation, forcible transfer and persecution on political, racial or religious grounds – B92 conveniently forgot about that.
(icj1, 10 April 2013 04:01)

What serbian president was aquitted?Milosevic DIED he wasnt aquitted .
(Daniel, 10 April 2013 11:30)

Oh, dear, do I need now to give Serbs lectures in Serbian history ?! Not sure where you got this idea that I was referring to Slobodan! Don't you know that Milosevic was not president of Serbia during the Kosovo war in 1999?! Milan was the president of Serbia at that time...

"The very organization of the meeting, which has been going on for several months, is followed by great pressures by those opposing the debate"

I apologize for previously doubting about the pressure that Vuk was complaining about every other week. Now we know that enormous pressure was coming from Jordan and kudos to Vuk for his herculean efforts to face that pressure and the heroic victory he achieved against Jordan.
----------

"Still, as Jeremić's team told Tanjug, around ten renowned American and other professors of the international law and experts on topics of war crimes court have confirmed attendance"

Wooow, hold on… “renowned American” professors ?! I thought that Vuk was a true patriot! He should have said “around ten renowned Russian and Chinese and other professors ...” etc.
----------

“Much before that, the Hague Tribunal acquitted one of the commanders of the Muslim army in Srebrenica, Naser Orić, whom the Serb entity, RS, holds responsible for crimes committed in eastern Bosnia and slaying of more than 3,000 Serbs during the civil war in Bosnia-Herzegovina.”

And also acquitted the Serbian president accused for crimes against humanity and war crimes in Kosovo such as murder, deportation, forcible transfer and persecution on political, racial or religious grounds – B92 conveniently forgot about that.

"According to the verdicts delivered so far, Serbs have been sentenced to more than 1,000 years in prison, whereas all indicted Croats, Muslims and Albanians were sentenced to a total of 50 years in prison."

I hope Vuk or Tomislav don’t forget to mention the facts above so that the world can be reminded again about who committed most of the crimes in the former Yugoslavia.

Please Vuk i want to come! I have over 20k pictures of slaughtered civilians ( Kosovo 98/99 ) that serbia killed. I want to show them one by one so the world can see. Hook me up!

============================
There is no need for you to come because your "mates" are all invited and they are permitted to say anything they want for you.
So why don't they want to do that?

LOL! All we are asking for is the truth, nothing more and nothing less. You obviously have a problem with that. Why are you so afraid of the truth?
(Zoran, 8 April 2013 19:23)
=============================
Exactly. If the truth is indeed as they say then they have no need to come here and hope against hope that their attacks could somehow make their wishes come true and the world laugh at Serbia after this.

They are terrified of the truth coming out. They know they have no witnesses to kill here and there is nothing they can do to prevent any of this.
Pathetic, the lot of them.

All of them class a countries hahah, who is going to open the meeting, North Korea :)?

Everybody knows what Jeremic's intent is. He wants an "official document" of the UN where he wants do discredit the international courts.
Well in medieval times this would be possible. But nowadays everybody knows what kind of person Jeremic is, about his policy.
Historians, experts etc. will all take into consideration all these circumstances, especially the media.

Sounds appropriate for the crimes committed by Serbs and for all others.
(sounds right to me., 8 April 2013 17:05)

And that is why this open debate is needed. It is not the Serbs who are preventing anyone from participating. It is your side and the reasons are very obvious.

sounds right to me.

LOL! Where is Ian with his list of indicted Croats, Muslims and Albanians in an attempt to prove something that isn't?

Good thing is that this is an official UN debate, giving everyone the opportunity to express themselves freely and will become an official UN document. One that academics, historians and writers can use in future.

As expected, the US and other nations, organisations and individuals who fear such a democratic debate have muted as many people as possible. But that is just their way of sweeping their own crimes under the carpet. So let the whole truth be known.

Go Vuk go. Put the UN bodies against each other. Destroy the UN from the inside. March on the UN at the tune of "March on the Drina". I would also discuss the outcome of that silly question to the ICJ while there. Or even better, make another meeting about it at a later time.
