Belgrade-Priština agreement is “within reach“

The word "compromise" is being abused by Serbia big time in these so-called negotiations. It is a word that West loves to hear to show that "the other party is intolerant". The issue with Kosovo is its sovereignty and territorial integrity and Serbia still hasn't been made formally/officially to recognize Kosovo independence before talking about "compromises" regarding the respect of rights of minorities....which I see based on reciprocity...
