If count all condition in the past 10 yr, we have over 200 condition for Serbs, or average 20 condition per yr. Brussels is to me not end of last condition, to me look like we are at middle of them.

Pristina will agree with any EU proposition because they are all in it’s favour, while Belgrade is left with difficult decisions.
