I'm not going to reply to your ridiculous attempts to change my message, even a 10 year old can read through your weak logic. My comments were aimed at your sentence "..the result will be detrimental to those ethnic Albanians"

I will summarize my comments in one sentence so you're not confused: If you seek violence you shall receive it.

Being from the Balkans, you should already know this from experience. Maybe if you treat others with respect, who knows they might start treating you nicely too. Until then, you will keep tasting your own medicine.

Shiqtar,

thanks for your truthfulness & you do nothing but threaten more violence - no doubt this is your intention with or without any agreement;

"amplified version of the 2004 riots & then Gračanica would probably be the first village to disappear from the map. Kosovo's borders are guaranteed by the US and NATO, so there is not much Serbia can do officially"

- what a fabulous example of what the US and West have created in this so called democratic and multi-ethnic EU fonded oasis (heaped with sarcasm).

FYI US & Any other troops of KFOR are in Serbia's UN recognised province to maintain the peace not carry out your extremist violent actions to eradicate all non-Albanians from Serbia's province. Why the violence? Why do you not see the irony (& twisted principle) of enforcing through violence & against civilians will to live how they wish to live & be governed by their own way - is this not what you would wish & have in Albanian dominated regions of Serbia's UN recognised province of Kosovo & Metohija?

I am glad you admit what it is like to live in Gračanica & other Serb areas in the south as you say "hell hole" - more like pogrom & this is what you would wish to extend to the northern 4 opštinas that currently retain their own control & freedoms. At least within Gračanica & our other areas we can maintain & live in some modicum of Serbian way of life through its clear (as we know day in day out) you want to eradicate from our land just for being who we are.

Lets say hypothetically its Wednesday 10th April - EU failed to impose a German/US sponsored diktat on Serbia what happens next?
..the result will be detrimental to those ethnic Albanians who start the violence & in so doing the west will wash its hands from War mongers they created.
(Principa, Gračanica, KiM, Srbija, 6 April 2013 06:35)

- What would happen is that Serbia would go bankrupt and its people would continue to suffer due to the stupidity of their nationalist leaders.

The next thing that would happen is the Kosovar government extending rule of law to the North. If there is any resistance and violence erupts, we might see an amplified version of the 2004 riots and then Gračanica would probably be the first village to disappear from the map. Kosovo's borders are guaranteed by the US and NATO, so there is not much Serbia can do officially. Any paramilitary forces sent unofficially stand no chance against the regular Kosovar army. It would be like the 1999 war in reverse: a regular army against armed guerrillas. As a result, most Serbs would be forced to leave for Serbia.

I know you don't live in that god-forsaken village of Gračanica and you probably don't care much about the people there. But you should be aware of some possible consequences of your radical thinking.

(Rocky, 5 April 2013 12:34)

It means: 'Stable and peaceful' in Kosovo standards. It means bomb attacks, stoning of cars and buses, kids attacked when they want to go to school, hand grenades thrown into apartments, graveyards and cultural heritage vandalized. Means: Only extremists and paramilitary groups are terrorizing the people. 'Deteriorate' means KPS (at least try) to terrorize, too. You know, KPS, these wannabe policemen who arrest people for 'looking suspect' and torture them in prison, who allow that seized drugs are 'stolen' from the police headquarter (means: probably some police officer returned them to boss from the drug mafia clan), but who are not able to investigate in any murder.

Lets say hypothetically its Wednesday 10th April - EU failed to impose a German/US sponsored diktat on Serbia what happens next? There is no reason for Serbia to not request continuation of talks if not under EU then back to UN - why not and who would want block a peaceful initiative?

There is no way Pristina ethnic Albanian reps in UN recognised Serbian province can impose their will on 10 Serbian opstinas without use of force. This was tried & failed miserably in the northern 4 - as mentioned by Ari. If they did stupidly attempt again then they will put KFOR (EU & NATO) credibility & support to the test since their mandate is to keep the peace not impose the will of ethnic Albanian representatives from Pristina. If KFOR are incapable of keeping the peace what really does that violence perpetrated by ethnic Albanians cause - nothing but more violence as at this point Kumanov agreement is invalidated by failure of KFOR as tested by their Pristina friend Thaci - Serbia can and will send in protection forces to bring peace to its UN recognised province - is this what the Western puppet (more like muppet) Thaci really wants ?

I really can't imagine such a stupid & dangerous act of violence (War) would be enacted by Thaci but who knows? Whats clear is all hell will be brought upon those who start this violence & the result will be detrimental to those ethnic Albanians who start the violence & in so doing the west will wash its hands from War mongers they created.

Now about that business of circling the bowl, lets first appraise the situation in the in the US.
The US has failed in Iraq and Afghanistan. In the latter it has lost the war with NATO and about to leave with its collective tails between their legs. Their President Kazhai will be running for his life within one week of NATO leaving. And now they are running around like a headless chicken trying to get China and Russia to defuse the Korean situation. In Iraq China, Brazil and Russia hold the contracts to drill for oil.
The US economy is in a depression that looks like staying that way for the next decade; its 16.45 trillion in debt and borrowing more as I write. Its official unemployment is 7.7%, but in reality its more like 26% possible as high as 30%.
The EU – a bankrupt entity and now the Germans are in recession with growth forecast to be 0.3% for 2013 with a possible rise in 2014 to 0.4% and that is if the rest of the world improves.
Now as Serbia is circling this bowl, how is Kosovo going???? What unemployment down to 40%? While the rest of Europe is in an economic sewer Kosovo is now the economic powerhouse? Perhaps Thaci the Thug might let the Germans on that little secret.
Yes both Thaci and the US are all piss and wind. And the rumour is that Belgrade will tell Brussels to take a flying jump over joining the EU.

I agree that media (especially in the Balkans) is rarely reliable. But think about it, why would Thaci need to threaten at this point? He has all the support he needs and he can have the EU do the persuasion for him. Thaci doesn't need to irritate the Serbs in the North, he will have to live with them and govern them as their leader.
Belgrade on the other hand doesn't seem to care, because the fate of the Serbs in the North is out of their hands anyways. All Belgrade is doing is playing the victim now in order to negotiate better terms for their upcoming bailout. Maybe I'm wrong, but this is how I see it.

do you guys remember how Croatia cleansed 33% its region in 1-week. there is not more a Serb issue in Croatia. US/British and other citizens dont try and setup parallel institutions and yes USA and so does every other country work on ensuring safety and evacuation of their citizens.

Serbia can come and evacuate all Serbs from Kosova but they can not and never again will they send Army in that land. Thaqi making threats is nothing new. Its the albanian way. They don't know a better way of communicating. What does worry me is if Serbia will stand up for its people in Kosovo should albanian terrorists decide to repeat the pogrom of 2004. I doubt it. Should there be a military operation in the north it would be a chance for the Serbian government to get rid of the Kosovo problem by simply saying that there is nothing they can do while albanians rape our land and our people.
Then again I think the serbs in Mitro are more then capable of defending themselves agains any albanian assault. They have shown already what they can do.

To establish its institutions in the north Priština needs to use violence. And that it can't afford. Serbian forces will enter North Kosovo in an hour after whatever Priština troups cross over and start using violence. International community can't say a thing against Serbia protecting its citizens. It's an action taken by all big Western powers. Where-ever their people are in trouble, the USA, England and France appear with their armed forces.

So the use of force is out of question. Thaci needs to bring something else to negotiation table.

Being from the Balkans, you should already know this from experience. Maybe if you treat others with respect, who knows they might start treating you nicely too. Until then, you will keep tasting your own medicine.

Poor Thaci the thug. He thinks he is dealing with his drug running mates where idle threats make an impression. This is so far above his little brain that he was overwhelmed and all he could do was flap his gums and wave his hands like a windmill. I wonder if he knew how to use the cutlery on the table? – probably not.
I should rename him piss and wind like his great benifactor the US who now is begging Beijing and Moscow to extract them from this mess with North Korea.
Thaci the thug will not dare lift a finger and with the talks broken down the Albanians are going to wither and slowly die. The Thug has been promising a lot but after 13 years he gets NOTHING LOL and the United States of Piss and Wind cant do a thing to help LOL, LOL.

Priština would establish its institutions in the north too.

You tried. You failed. I realize you will do anything to divert your peoples attention away from the fact that billions in humanitarian donations to Kosovo i Metohija have been funneled through your camp and never made it back to the people that live there but you tried in 2011 and your terrorist squad was defeated.

“We are concerned and expect the international community to explain to us what Thaci is talking about and whether they know something we don't. As far as we are concerned, the situation in northern Kosovo and other areas populated by Serbs is completely stable and could be destabilized only by violence, and violence will certainly not come from Serbia,” Vulin told Tanjug.

As far as your concern? Haven't Serbia's political elites, been complaining on a daily basis for the last 6-8 months about a deteriorated northern Kosova?? Complaining to the International community, About daily bomb attacks & shootings at empty buildings in northern Kosova??? Now, that we have Kosova's prime minister stating that the situation can deteriorate even more, the Serbs all of a sudden, now state that the situation is stable & peaceful? Can you Serbian intellectual's, please make up your mind already?

Olli

To establish its institutions in the north Priština needs to use violence. And that it can't afford. Serbian forces will enter North Kosovo in an hour after whatever Priština troups cross over and start using violence. International community can't say a thing against Serbia protecting its citizens. It's an action taken by all big Western powers. Where-ever their people are in trouble, the USA, England and France appear with their armed forces.

So the use of force is out of question. Thaci needs to bring something else to negotiation table.

Too funny,
don't you think it's funny that Hashim Thaci can barely communicate in Albanian, let alone his feeble attempt to speak English? I have never seen a photo of Thaci looking at or holding any documents.

Can Hashim Thaci even read, or does he coun't on the USA to read for him as well?

Thaqi making threats is nothing new. Its the albanian way. They don't know a better way of communicating. What does worry me is if Serbia will stand up for its people in Kosovo should albanian terrorists decide to repeat the pogrom of 2004. I doubt it. Should there be a military operation in the north it would be a chance for the Serbian government to get rid of the Kosovo problem by simply saying that there is nothing they can do while albanians rape our land and our people.
Then again I think the serbs in Mitro are more then capable of defending themselves agains any albanian assault. They have shown already what they can do.

I don't know how you get the news in Serbia and who translates and interprets information, but these statements are completely wrong. I read Thaci's statement in the Albanian news and the essence of his talk was about how "if there was no agreement, nobody would win and both countries would lose" and that they "should work on improving neighborly relations between the two countries".

I really don't see what Vulin (or the Serbian media) are trying to accomplish by twisting these statements. Seems like a very stupid move.

o well, PM Thaci has no need for a written text to talk to anybody, since he can speak from his heart and there is no need for a piece of toilet paper. Undertakers becoming Presidents, need a piece of paper written beforehand in order to address the audience!

"...is completely stable and could be destabilized only by violence"... agreed!?

"...Complaining to the International community, About daily bomb attacks & shootings at empty buildings in northern Kosova???"
Does this not strike you as violence. without this violence the situation is stable. with this, and potentially more violence it will be, and remain unstable.
if Pristina stops trying to impose unacceptable terms to these people, with the thinly veiled threats of violence then it would be stable.

do you guys remember how Croatia cleansed 33% its region in 1-week. there is not more a Serb issue in Croatia. US/British and other citizens dont try and setup parallel institutions and yes USA and so does every other country work on ensuring safety and evacuation of their citizens.

Serbia can come and evacuate all Serbs from Kosova but they can not and never again will they send Army in that land. Obviously KOsova is lost and now reality is sinking in ... actually majority of Serbs have realized that Kosova was lost when Milosevic started killing Albanians but there are still here that are hoping. Hope is not a Strategy

Lets say hypothetically its Wednesday 10th April - EU failed to impose a German/US sponsored diktat on Serbia what happens next?
..the result will be detrimental to those ethnic Albanians who start the violence & in so doing the west will wash its hands from War mongers they created.

Naturally it’s the United States that is numero Uno, but alas your numero uno is currently filling its nappies over North Korea. You see the US is in no position to have another major conflict but this time with a power nation that can inflict some terrible damage to it.
Of course the Washington Windbags are so powerful that they can’t force a little place like Serbia to capitulate and of course the same hot air blowers recognisees a thief, drug runner and criminal as head of Kosovo. Yes the Serbs are shaking in their boots LOL

Shiqtar,

thanks for your truthfulness & you do nothing but threaten more violence - no doubt this is your intention with or without any agreement;
