Beyond Tuesday Serbia needs to just get on with essential reforms - much of which would be exactly as if Serbia was progressing through chapters on asseccion. This will make Serbia attractive to investment and at the same time Serbia needs to carry through with infrustructure projects that will enable trade.

Its not about turning our backs on the EU its about opening future opportunities and not wasting time with self-defeating doom and gloom. Only hard work and effort done because its right will get Serbia up and going forward. Time for a full focus on whats right for Serbia and lets just do it!

I think that Serbia should have started the European Union Sponsored Negotiations with the Maximum Fairness Position that Serbia wants Full Reintegration of Kosovo back into Serbia, and Serbia wants Independence for the Republic of Srpska, and Serbia wants all Serbs imprisoned at The Hague to serve the remainder of their sentences in Serbia, and Serbia wants a Russian Military Base in Southern Serbia if Some of Kosovo becomes Independent, and Serbia wants Gold, Silver, Oil, and lots of Money as Compensation for the Illegal and Immoral German Engineered Wars in the former Yugoslavia, before Serbia could ever think of wanting a date to Start Ascension Talks with the European Union.

Obviously, Germany will say that these Modest Conditions are unreasonable, but those who know their History, will know that they are Fair and Modest Requests, which should be Granted, because they are Fair.

This is because, Fairness is a Maximum Thing; and, anything less than Maximum Fairness is Not Fair, and Serbia is only requesting that which is Fair.

Serbia is now facing extremely important decision which will have powerful effect on Serbia as well as the whole region in future.
I frankly speaking believe that the Albanian side is not aware of possible consequences.

I would rather ask for Fairness, and get some percentage of Fairness, rather than asking for Unfairness, and getting 100 % of that.

We know that any ‘Agreement’ that was achieved under Duress is Illegal under International Law, and we can see that Berlin is trying to impose an Agreement under Duress on Serbia, even as they did with Cyprus.

America is no Stranger to imposing Agreements under Duress, and one example is the Kumanovo Agreement at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kumanovo_Agreement , and this is a ‘Agreement is 13 year old, which does not allow the Serbian Army to even go on Territory that the International Community Falsely Claims that they do not want to Steal on top of trying to Steal Serbia’s Province of Kosovo.

The reason is because if Kosovo become Independent, then that Exclusion Zone Area will be given to the Albanians, to be up to their Usual Evil Schemes, and this is why the Kumanovo Agreement should be Scrapped, before New Negotiations can commence, or a Continuation of Negotiations can recommence to find a Mutually Acceptable Agreement.

Billy Serbia lost the war and EU = Nato so Srebia wanted a better solution should have though of that. As for Asking Russian Military they can but then what they will be a Cuba of Balkans do you people want that. 65% of Exports are with EU, this needs politicians that care about Serbia and if they did they will accept the plan. EU when Croatia enters will have more demands and at the same time you do not belive that Serbia is Bankrupt it is!!! 1990 will look like a paradise, EU grants will not fix issues but mask it until some investment comes.

1. Rambouillet
2. Vienna
3. International Court - that declared and stamped Kosovo's Independence's
4. Brussels

And please don't forget that the Kosovo Albanians are the victims here, with 14,000 dead and 2,500 missing people, you would wonder if the serbs would have even sat the same table with the Albanian government if we committed those crimes.

The Serbian government should apologise and accept the reality of the situation on the ground. Many serbs in the middle of Kosovo (Gracanica) have accepted to live under an Albanian led Country I was personally there 3 months ago and you could see that they really have started to integrate and its taken 10 years for that to happen, when I visited Gracanica previously in 2003 there were more KFOR soldiers there then normal civilians.

What the Serb's and Albanians need now is to move on and live together like we use to before the ultra nacionalistic's took over.

I am Serbian, and as such, I do not want that which does not belong to Serbia; neither do I tell lies, but this is not how it is with every race in the Balkans.

The reason that America wants to keep the Kumanovo Agreement is because they plan to commit another Genocide on Serbia, using the Albanians, because the Kosovo Albanians want to join up with Presevo Valley, and other parts of Southern Serbia.

The Albanians want an Independent Kosovo, so that they can take the Exclusion Zone in the Kumanovo Agreement, and then take more of Southern Serbia, with the Help of Germany and America.

If the Albanians achieve this, then America will be asked to leave, because America may not help the Albanians with Stealing Land from FYROM, and then America’s presence at Camp Bondsteel becomes a Big Problem for the Albanians’ aspiration of a Greater Albania, and both the Albanians and the German will ask the Americans to leave Kosovo, but they will not Confess to These Things for the Obvious Reasons, and Germany will block Albania from Joining the European Union, while NATO is in Kosovo.

Serbia should reaffirm that it has good intentions, by insisting on Albania joining the European Union before the Talks with the Kosovo Albanians can continue.

The Albanians should also prove their good intentions, by Demanding that the Kumanovo Agreement is Scrapped before the Belgrade and Pristina Negotiations can continue in order to find a Mutually Acceptable Compromise.

Not sure Serbs would agree though because according to the true Serb patriots in these forums, the Kumanovo Agreement was a great victory for heroic Serbia which, I'm sure, will be celebrated 600 hrs from today by the future Serbian generations.

The only thing that Serbs got in this negotiations is double 0 and pure nothing. Unfortunatly that is a resault of making multiple mistakes in last 3 decades or even longer, maybe a century, so now its arrived to collect. Pay day is very near and there isnt anything to do to improve our position in front of EU and western allies. The way that we see, we got nothing to loose, either EU or KiM, Serbia will suffer.
