An example of how the world must learn from its mistakes, the set up of B&H was a huge miscalculation, just as the admission of a disputed Cyprus to the EU.

If the world would have learned from mistakes, there would be no 'independent state of Kosovo' - the biggest mistake in the Balkans, so far. We all know what was created: A corrupt mafia state and safe haven for criminals, in the middle of Europe.

"He noted that Priština was unyielding because Washington took the stand that it did not want another Republic of Srpska (one of the two entities in Bosnia-Herzegovina) in the Balkans."

Don't know why they're against it since it's the most successfully working thing that's ever been a product of US conflict resolution in the last 20 years. Heh, maybe that's the exact reason why they're against it :)
