I can understand giving the Serbian Communities and the Orthodox Church south of the Ibar cultural and economic autonomy in Kosovo, but why the North? That is de facto governed by Serbia and Serbia's institutions. I'm sure that Pristina will make this offer to the Church and the Serb communities south of the Ibar, but it won't be done for nothing; they'll want something in return.

During that travel some Serbians ambushed a few them and murdered one by shooting with a sniper rifle. After that, the policemen were ordered to withdraw. That was everything.
