"Serbia's Government cares about Serbs outside of Serbia"........

Does that mean they will also appoint a Governemnt Office for Serbs living in America?

Or locate all the Serb enclaves in The USA and declare them "MUNICIPALITIES WITH SPEACIAL RIGHTS"?

BASICLY CAN SERBIA DEMAND THE SAME RIGHTS OF OTHER DIASPORA SERB HOST GOVERNMENTS THAT THEY DEMAND OF KOSOVA???

North Serb population is not even 1% of total SERBIAN DIASPORA.

WHY NOT DEMAND THE SAME FOR THE OTHER 99%?

"Government must care for Serbs everywhere". This is good news for our Peggy. She can sleep safe at night now knowing that Nikolic cares about her, even though she lives in the land of Oz.

EJB, why can't I be Serbian with the name Winston. As for capitalizing my name, sometimes I'm too lazy to hit the cap key - who cares?
And living abroad you should know that people over there have respect for people who want to improve their education … shortly your comment does not have a solid ground. Not sure what you well constructed sentence means but, I do have a lot of respect for other people, a lot more than Toma Diploma ever will. I have noticed that whenever things start to slip for these SNS radicals, and Milosevic's socialist SPS, they start grasping for the nationalism card - Serbian culture, Serbian Church, Serbian language, blah, blah. Toma Diploma has done nothing for me as a Serb, neither in Serbia or outside. He, and his party, in coalition with Milosevic, have done more to harm Serbia than political groups in Serbian history - I need nothing from him and his lousy regurgitated radical party. A person that buys a diploma, and presents himself as someone he is not, and then talks about being proud, well, I have a problem with that. But then, I was not brainwashed at an early age like some in serbia - oops, lazy to hit that cap key again.

If you are a Serb why don’t you sign as Milan, Zoran etc. not Winston. Speaking about illiteracy. Winston=first name=capital letter. And living abroad you should know that people over there have respect for people who want to improve their education … shortly your comment does not have a solid ground.

He could start by opening a consulate on the West Coast of the U.S. The last time I heard, a Serb living in California had to travel to Chicago in order to renew a passport or take care of other routine business. Getting from San Francisco to Chicago is not like traveling from Nis to Beograd to take care of business.

Serbia's constitutional obligation is to protect the interests of our compatriots abroad, Tomislav Nikolić told the Council for Relations with Serbs in Region. What the hell is Toma Diploma, half literate himself, talking about? What in the world can he do for me as a compatriot living abroad? It must be getting near time to call new elections, because the empty rhetoric of "being a proud Serb" is being spewed again by these former (in name only) radicals. Thanks just the same, Tommy, but I will handle my own affairs abroad, you need to concentrate on the Serbians still left in Serbia - who's lives you helped destroy with your friends from the SPS in the 90's. Is there any other card, than the nationalist card, in Tommy's deck?
