The US embassy in Belgrade denies that it has requested Vucic's presence at the Brussels talks. As for the Serbian people trusting Vucic, as someone hear stated, well, not all of us. In fact, I don't trust three of them, Dacic, Nikolic, and Vucic. They are regurgitated politicians from Serbia's dark past of the 90's, and the old saying, if you put lipstick on a pig, you still have a pig, comes to mind.

A great choice, that A. Vucic should also participate in the negotiations! Although, i am sensing the A. Vucic is trying to distance himself? We shall truly see, if he indeed is a man that will try and hammer out a deal that will be in the interests of the Serb people, or will he decline the invitation and remain in Belgrade, like a coward only to ridicule those fellow politicians that are at least trying to find a acceptable solution for Serbia!!!

It looks like Serbia was the one who refused the agreement offered by Brussels. I think the reason why they want Vucic there is so agreement can be reached and then the serb radicals will not oppose it that much because one of their leaders is present there.
It looks like this agreement is totally agianst the interest of Serbia's plans therefore they are not signing it.
Cant wait and see when Serb leaders will sign it and then still declare it as a victory whereas they are so far refusing to sign it.
Unfortunately, serb leaders have no choice but to sign the deal because otherwise they will not get any money from the west. Russia of course will not help Serbia, russians like always will just offer empty words and promises. Russia left serbs alone in many times when serbs needed their help and unfortunately serbs still belive in Russia's help. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me,and in case of Russia it is fool Serbia many times.

If both EU and US insist on Vucic taking part in the dialogue, this must surely mean that they take him as the most important political factor in Serbia as well as the only politician they trust.

It is very nice of them to issue an invitation to Mr. Vucic.
It seems that they have finally understood that Mr. Dacic is not capable of fulfilling his obligations as PM.

Last time I checked Montenegrins are quite proud being "Montenegrin". If they were Serbians thn they would be with Serbia. Stop being jealous that they have the beautiful coastline, rugged mountains and better soccer team and better relations with their different communities and the world community. This didn't happen by accident. It happened because Montenegrins are simply different people from Serbs. I know this hurts you, but its the truth. Its like saying that Americans are English. Americans are their own people with their own culture. Give up on this idea that the Sun revolves around Serbia. You guys are losers.

Captain America, you are wrong, Montenegrins are Serbians, some are froHerzegovina too, also Serbs. Yes, they do have their own customs, and dialect, but their heritage is Serbian. The country did split from former Yug. for political reasons, nit because they dislike Serbs. In fact, I believe the largest ethnicity in CG are Serbians. As for the beautiful CG coastline, a lot of it has been acquired by the Russians. have you ever been there during the summer months, you would think you are on the Volga, and not the Adriatic. If we serbs are losers then what can be said about you albanians? You are neither good at sports, arts, science, math etc. Perhaps serbs are not loved by its neighbours but they are not dissliked and hated like albanians. Montenegrins voted to be independent and I didn't see Serbia opose this. Now Montenegro want better relations withh Serbia. Why do you think that is?

And if everyone hates Serbia why is it on the verge of joining the Eu? Why isn't Albania? You just need to look at the facts to realize some obvious things. He is certainly trust-worthy, yet i think the reason behind which the US and EU want his is because he has the support of serbians, so if he made a decision to accept the agreement with kosovo, the people will trust him and they will not be against the agreement as well as the fact that dacic has proven his total failure as a negotiator ! so the best choice after dacic is obviously vucic...

If I told my friend he was actually albanian/illyrian and not montenegrin he would rip my head off. But then again you say montenegrins are albanians so you can claim their land.

Doesn’t he have to much on his plate? They wanted him to start a battle against corruption and organized crime, and that is a hell of a job. Not to mention current affairs which he has to take part in solving. Additionally, he is the President of leading political party in Serbia. And his day does not last 35, but 24 hours.
