I am so glad to read your posting. Even though I live on the other side of the world I came across stories of Serbs put on trial when the people they were supposed to have killed were alive and well today. In fact the Bosniaks have names on that Potocari monument of two people that live in the Sydney suburb of Liverpool, Australia.
The best propaganda that backfired on the Bosniaks was a women giving birth in Switzerland who they claim was raped by Serbs. Yes she gave birth, but the baby was BLACK and it was quickly hushed up by the Americans.

It is time Serbs go after the Bosniak lies. The Bosniak court in Sarajevo even convicted Serbs of killing men who were alive and well and living in Sarajevo at the same time. It was only a few years later when Serbian relatives of the convicted saw one of the alleged murdered men coming to buy up his livestock. The Serb relative was totally surprised, thinking he was seeing a ghost. Why even Serbs put stock in Bosniak claims when they are such HUGE and CONSTANT liars has kept even them from digging for the truth.

He may as well have asked his mum to be the judge in this cas; it was about as pointless as the recent referendum in the Falklands. The fact that the case took five years is simply testimony to the appalling state of the judiciary in all parts of BiH rather than an indication of the court's impartiality. 5000KM is 2560 Euros, hardly punitive, but I would bet at least as much as this that it won't be paid unless such a verdict is delivered by a court comprised of independent judges, almost an impossibility in either Banja Luka or Sarajevo (some might add The Hague to this list).
