Borchardt as former ambassador to Tirana with many "special links" has no problem with his sympathies for one side. And this is his duty. He came to Belgrade to bring new pressure for Belgrade to accept over EULEX the rulership of Prishtina. The EULEX is a main part of the problem, not of the solution. And Borchardtis far away to be "neutral"

Wow, Borchardt bluntly tells them that Eulex, Kfor, and the Kosova police will work together, to get their hands on the culprits! No mentioning of working with Serbia! Another great point to Serbia, that Kosova is independent I'll bet he's already got a good idea of who the culprits are!

2) We are appealing to the citizens to give witness statements, to inform us about what they know about the culprits.

Clearly another reference, that suggests he has a good idea to who the real culprits are, he wants the "citizen's " to provide the info!

3)Kosovo customs officers are often stopped on their way to the crossings, which is not in line with the agreement.

Yet Another clear indicator, that Kosovar custom officers will patrol the crossings between Kosova & Serbia! I would defiantly call that,responsibility's of a independent county, don't you think! If your a Serb , you might not?

I love this answer, agreed with Prishtina, Brussels, and all EU members! No mention of Serbia having a say in Kosova's affairs at all? As though, Serbia ceases to even exist, when it comes to Kosova! If they've closed all these property cases then why haven't they arrested any of the perpetrators for destroying and stealing Serbian property?

Why also doesn't Serbia pressure them about lack of freedom of movement of Serbs south of the Ibar River?
Why no arrests for those who killed Serbs after all these years?

They never arrested those who killed the Serbian children as they swam.

Pressure them on the very low level of returns of Serbs and also the attacks on returning Serbs.

They are doing a lousy job, and Serbia should mention that instead of being so passive and silent about it.

Nothing is done in these negotiations about return of Serbs and repairing of their property.

Nothing is even done about rent payments on all the Serbian homes, apartments and land now used by Albanians or the international community there.

I love this answer, so EULEX is working on getting rid of corrpt Kosovo polticians. High lever = Ministers and similar positions. A good start, I think, I hope one day this Thaci will get what he deserves, too.

Your interpretation on the statements concerning the investigation into the alleged organ harvesting crimes is one of many possible scenarios. Such as, it is a given fact that Serbia is going to cry foul if no credible evidence in found, again. In order to put this to rest once and for all, it is necessary for Eulex to be able to say they left no stone unturned.
But realistically do you believe the Albanians are so superior to the rest of the world that they were able to conduct such a complicated operation as the Serbs say without there being one identifiable victim one clue of a recipient, or traces of what hospitals these organs were sold to.
Now if Serbia were claiming that 1 or 2 or 10 of these happened it would be credible but up to 500? Even Marty says "if" they are true the numbers are no where close to what Serbia claims. Anyone with any sense at all would never claim that NO crimes were committed by either side, but the question is at what level and it is pretty universally accepted as in Marty's report that the overwhelming majority of war crimes instigated by the state were of Serbia's doing.
The witness that Serbia was able to mysteriously find discounted all credibility of the Serbian investigation.

You should read more careful what Dacic and Nikolic said important also to you: Its all for peace and regional stability, to overcome the historical disputes for the future of "our" children. How you can be so ignorant not to see the greater picture, why you are speaking only about "property" or some killed people. Now we are friends "and they all lived happily after". Dacic and Nikolic, Serbs will follow you to the end and longe.
