This is makes sense now. This 89 recognitions is a figure made up by Večernje novosti aka Milosevic's former mouthpiece. So according to Milosevic's former propaganda machine, 89 countries recognize Kosova.

Also "along with Iran and Saudi Arabia, is one of the pillars in the Arab world". Iran is part of the Arab world? LOL! Iran is a Persian country not an Arab country.

Great news! Not that it has any legitimacy over Kosova & her people, but I've been waiting for the day, when I would her the words coming out if Serbia, that changes need to be made to Serbia's constitution! We are witnessing the final stages of Serbian acknowledgment, of a independent Kosova! It's about time, they get it thru their thick heads?

Ian,The Serbian citizens in KiM had the right to vote on the referendum. If the citizens of albanian ethnicity decided to boycott the vote, that is their right. However, the referendum is still valid.
(Robert1899, 23 March 2013 13:06)

The 2006 constitution referendum was not held in Kosovo, so no Serbian citizens in Kosovo did not have the right to vote on the referendum. No-one in Kosovo boycotted the referendum as there wasn't a referendum to boycott. Did you really not know this?

This current constitution came into existence because of a referendum. So any changes would require another vote. If the treasonous elite writes a new document stating that Kosovo i Metohija is anything other than an integral part of Serbia then it would be voted down"

Its the old mantra, and Kostunica would ask to go to the local court of Sabac to defend the government...any change-procedure of the constitution is normally stipulated within the constitution...normally you need two thirds of the MPs...and if Kosovo will not more a part of the constitution it will be clear that Belgrade is accepting Kosovo as independent state, West Germany had never changed after the German-German-agreements or the treaties with Poland/Soviet Union never its constitution, only after the re-unification, but for Dacic and Nikolic the constitution is only a sheet of paper, possibly the content was never seen by them

The part of the Constitution regarding Kosovo isn't legitimate as the people of Kosovo were not given a say in the referendum.

Sweden could have a referendum on a constitution which says that Namibia is an integral part of Sweden, but it wouldn't have any weight unless the people of Namibia agreed to this.

If Serbia will change its constitution after every agreement it should better abolish the constitution. In many countries the written or unwritten constitution is a holy fundament of the state, but not so in Serbia. After the upcoming agreement with Prishtina as capitulationthere is more need for a constitution. Other parts of Serbia will demand special rights. It is funny that such a little country like Serbia is confronted with demands for de-centraization. In France or other countries nobody would understand this. But it is producing new bodies, new postions, new regulations nobody can udnerstand and new fraud. It is the everlasting corcle of the Serbian society: "lets play politics or being educated people".
