You should read it twice to understand the terrible content made by an acting PM. The Russians cannot more trust the Serb leaders at all. They are coming only to Moscow asking for credits. Russia has better investment-opportunities. You can learn from the Cyprus-case, if you are an EU-member and weak you will stay at the end alone. The membership will have a huge prize. There is nothing for free in such an organization. The East germans had to pay for some free distribuuted banans at the end a high prize.

First of all, Kosovo, you live in Brooklyn, and I doubt you travel through KiM often, if ever, so what are you talking about? Second, I dislike Dacic, probably more than you do. This entire Kosovo project was orchestrated by the USA, from aligning with the KLA, which they took off of their terrorist list, to their "humanitarian intervention". Mama Mia, sounds like Madison Avenue advertising slogans. Anyway, why didn't the USA quickly finish their Kosovo project? Why wait 12-13 years to find conclusion? Is it maybe because they must act now, because of Serbia's EU talks demands? Is it because of sequester in the US, and the US budget demands a KiM solution? Who the hell knows? All I know, KiM has been given to the Albanians by the West, and Serbia must secure as much as they can for the remaining Serbs left there. Although, if the present day serbian negotiators really cared about the KiM Serbs, they would not have placed them in the position they are today. So tell me, Kosovo, how is the pizza at your place, in Brooklyn? Is it real Italian pizza, thin crust, or that thick chewy crap you get in Ulcinj?
