So last weekend(saturday) I'm sitting in cafe ,its snowing outside I observe about 7 children under the age of 10 running around begging people for money . I observe the children after 15 minutes going up to a parked Audi, handing the driver somethings...after 45 minutes ,the driver gets out of the car ,comes into the cafe, orders a coffee and a extra large piece of cake...sits in the warmth of the cafe ,eating and drinking, while he leaves the children outside begging...Question: using the logic of the article if I was to confront the person doing those misdeeds to the children ,what would I be labeled as?
