All the confusing statements by Serb officials can also mean that Dacic has agreed to un-acceptable papers. It is one side to show that the EU has un-acceptable demands (it was a huge mistake to accept the EU as 100% pro-Albanian party as mediator)and on the other hand shaking handin Brussels and Roma and make together with Thaci a (useless) trip to New York. On the serb side is no concept, no dignity no nothing.
