Kosovo is not even a part of UN, let alone anything else. There are still many important counties who will never accept Kosovo as an independent state (like Russia and China), so your "reality" is not that real :) As for survival, Serbia does need to ally with someone, but will that be EU or someone else, who can say...

We’ll see. Pristina is hard to negotiate with, because right now they enjoy playing an independent country. Hopefully, not for long .

If Serbian governemnt spent such dealof time and efforts negotiating eith BRICK and rest of (global) orld, as it spent talking to EU,it would get much more investment and appreciation it has now dimesticaly and in abroad.

“Some people from Brussels say this round is crucial, we say it is not because an agreement is not in sight,” she told Radio Television of Serbia (RTS).

What a political comedy. Basically what the Serbian side is: "It is not crucial because we will not achieve what we want and it will screw up our EU ambitions." Those Serbian politicians clearly missed their opportunity join a circus or maybe there are not enough vacant positions as clowns.

Either way, nobody can take those chatter from Serbian officials seriously.

“I am always realistic. We did what we could and if we reach a deal on the Community of Serb Municipalities with executive powers today, if we achieve that, than we will have an agreement,” Grubješić stressed.

Mrs. Grubješić, Do the residents of Presevo, Bujonovac, Medvedja, enjoy a community of Albanian municipalities with executive powers? How can your government, request from another government something your government hasn't offered within its country! My answer, would be a big fat juicy "NO!" Who do you Serbs think you can fool? Very naive, on your end Serbia!

Deputy PM Suzana Grubjesic is not the person in charge of negotiations and definitily not the one who should issue such statements.
The one and only true statement can come out from Mr. Nikolic and Mr. Vucic.

What concessions has Serbia made? Serbia build up maximum demands with its so called 'Platform' and thinks that everything will be meassured by this redicules piece of paper. Wrong conception, like so many ideas and views that come from Belgrade. We don't need Serbia, but Serbia needs the EU to survive. If Serbia wants anything from the EU it has to abandon it's views covered in this 'platform', and comes back to reality, which is that Kosovo is a State, no matter what they say, no matter how deep they stick your heads in the sand. Full recognition and full and equal membership in international organisations is the werting on the wall. Nothing else!
