Kosovo Serbs "leaders" will accept anything within Kosovo institutions. Forget about asking them. They dare not to listen to Serbia itself. I can understand that. The issue is the international community happy to allow northern Serbs "leaders" to fullfil their dreams in exchange of Presevo, Bujanovc, Medvegja as well dividing Macedonia.....For Serbia's sake everything is possible.....)))))
i am not aware of any Albanian ever claiming that 3 million Albanians have ever lived in Kosova. what I do know, is that Serbian statistics themselves NEVER put the Serb population in the territory above 250K. so if 250K Serbs have left (as is often cited) then not one of them would be left. at least get your propaganda right, you even seem to suck at that
