I am honestly curious what emotions and thoughts go through Biden when he does things like that.

It was him who stated that "without a common enemy to unite us, we may find that that what we strife for may very well divide us" by which he meant that from then on it would be EU + USA + Croatia + BiH + Kosovo vs their common enemy: Serbia.

This was declared in a public law somwhere in the 90s and there is video footage of Biden speaking these (his) words.

You can pass as many resolution as you like, but no one cares. What you write is nothing but worthless piece of paper. Mr. Biden had a meeting with Thaci, but that meeting went according to US and Kosova common policy.

You are correct. It is the Albanians that act like North Koreans in that they have no interest in negotiations. They just want everything their way or the highway so they end up isolated.

However, that's probably as far as the comparison goes. North Korean's are highly technical people. They have built nuclear weapons and space rockets. Albanians on the other hand are advanced at grave desecrations, church burning and terrorising non-Albanians.

I doubt anyone thinks of Serbia as a "threat" with the exception of Kosovo and Bosnians not even Croatia in todays world.
They perceive Serbia as a potential source for tensions but not a threat, there is NO concentrated effort to be against Serbia with the exception of Kosovo, and that is because they think the people of Kosovo should be independent of Serbia and not because anyone is against the Serbian people. If that were true there would be no trying to bring Serbia into the fold, they would be trying to isolate it.

And also U.S. was not the first to recognize Kosova. In fact way before Kosova declared independence many countries were asking Kosova to declare independence (I.e. Germany, Turkey, Croatia, Canada, Norway ...etc.) It had nothing to do with U.S. recognizing Kosova but everything to do with what was right.

Why are Serbs always looking for support from U.S., do they not know that the U.S. will never turn it's back on Kosova. At least 10 of the last president of the U.S. have supported Kosova and 100 more will, U.S. policy dose not change because it's right.

Today 100 countries have recognized Kosova as independent.

Serbia's problems really are not on the world stage - there are bigger and more important issues that the US deals with. Serbia needs to figure out her own problems.
