"Date depends on reforms and Kosovo talks"

In a Western country this former communist diplomat from Prague would have a meeting with a deputy minister and he would report to the higher ranks. But in Belgrade Nikolic, Dacic etc have nothing to do the whole day, so they have time to receive the same message (all is depending from the talks with Prishtina)sepertely and no progress is made. Normally such talks are prepared and the top-guys are knowing in advance what will be the message from the guest. What a country? Strange.

The title of this article: "Date depends on reforms and Kosovo talks" says it all. Anything short of that is not going to work. Simple.

ps. saying that you've done either is one thing, proving is a different ball game.

Alone this formula must come from a past many years ago in Western countries. In another countries you could read a word in the news about such a "visit". If you are making everything to a stae-affair of "top state-leaders" the expectations are too high and normally in Serbia the results are Zero. And if everything is in the hands of the "leaders", what are the other people within the government doing? The heritage of Tito/Stalin and all the guys how are giving in Belgrade their names for the streets is alive. Is this a "culture" leading into the EU from the values? And Vucic was speaking that the Serbs must change their thinking.

Serbia will remove the illegal structures in the north of Kosova with or without a reached agreement between Thaqi and Tadic. This is the request of of the international community.

Besides, Serbia needs to act like Germany after the WW2, like the former Croat president said few days ago.

Dačić told reporters he is pleased with what has been done in the field of European integration and that expectations have been exceeded.
However Fuler says; that Serbia had to intensify the reform process in certain areas such as the judiciary, adoption of anti-corruption strategies, media freedom and inclusion of vulnerable groups.
One moment Serbia has solved all issues with Kosovo and has reached an agreement, the next we are not even close to solving anything???
Who are they fooling us or themselves?

What a joke is right! There has been no change in conditions or expectations since Serbia started. If Serbia fails to meet expectations the whiners start new conditions new conditions. Any one with an IQ of of 30 knows that it is a problem that 80% of the EU recognize Kosovo and Serbia as 2 separate countries and they CANNOT admit Serbia as a country while it claims Kosovo as its province. They are not saying Serbia has to recognize but it has to drop its claim (which in reality it has as none of the work to date includes Kosovo as a part of the admission process)
So show some maturity and either face reality or go a different way and quit coming in every single day like it is a BIG surprise that Serbia is going to have to settle its differences with Kosovo before it goes into the EU.
